Houston welcomes Molihua, its newest gastronomic destination, led by Michelin-starred chefs Ho Chee Boon and Hideki Hiwatashi. Located on the second floor of Blossom Houston, Molihua, which translates to "Jasmine" in Chinese, offers a refreshing take on Asian cuisine by blending traditional Japanese dishes, exquisite dim sum, and tempting desserts into an exceptional dining experience.

Chef Ho Chee Boon, renowned for his tenure as Executive International Chef at global icons like Hakkasan and Breeze in Bangkok, along with Chef Hideki Hiwatashi, a master of kaiseki cuisine with over 30 years of experience, including a significant role at the two Michelin-starred Kikunoi Roan in Kyoto, are at the helm of this culinary venture. Together, they bring their rich heritage and innovative cooking techniques to Houston's vibrant food scene.

The menu at Molihua features an à la carte selection of small bites, sushi, and noodle dishes, alongside standout offerings like the Japanese A5 Wagyu Skewer, Aburi Nigiri Moriawase, and Molihua Grilled Duck and Rice. Guests can also indulge in a range of delectable desserts, providing a sweet finish to an exquisite meal.

Designed with the elegance of jasmine flowers in mind, the restaurant's ambiance reflects contemporary sophistication with a variety of seating options, including cozy booths for group dining, intimate two-tops, bar seating, and a private dining room suitable for special occasions.
