Camille Gibson is a nationally certified Rehabilitation Counselor who also holds a PhD in Criminal Justice from City University of New York. She has published extensively on juvenile issues. Donna Vandiver holds a PhD from Sam Houston State University in Criminal Justice. She is one of a few experts on juvenile female sex offenders and has published several refereed articles on juvenile sex offenders.
